Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vitalcorewellness@outlook.com with your order number and photos.

Refunds
If your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Items returned after 14 days  
• Sale or promotional items  

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
